It's the battle of Canadian TV: Comedies vs Dramas!
Like one of those soulless corporate radio chains, our competition includes hits “from the 70s, 80s, 90s…and today!” Similar to sports play-offs (remember those?), shows in each division will face each other in brackets and battle it out amongst themselves until the final comedy takes on the final drama.
Which show will reign supreme? And how is Rick Mercer in so many of them? And how was The Littlest Hobo a thing? All of these questions may or may not be answered, and then we can go back to stuffing our faces with comfort food and comfort alcohol.
Update: The tournament has now ended and SCTV won in a landslide. Surprised? Well take off, eh!
